OK, final walk through on the 20th and closing on the 26th. In the process of finishing up open items.

Floors are done, starting to grade outside for landscaping,getting close to being finished.

Today is August 3rd - 23 days until closing. House is looking good. Stone for the front has been delivered. Tile work is being completed. There is some molding work to be done. Looks like we are getting close to starting floors and carpeting (guess that is last). Landscaping and everything else should also be started shortly.
