Week of May 24th - Framing Continues

These pictures are taken on Thursday May 27th. We had major thunderstorms that evening before the roof was covered. I wonder how long it takes to dry out....

Week of May 17th - Framing Under Way

This week rough plumbing was finished and basement concrete was poured. Framers are working today Saurday May 22nd on framing the first floor.

Week of May 10th - Grading and Rough Plumbing and Drainage

Here is the house site. The gravel will be the driveway and the rough grading has been done around the foundation.




The rough plumbing and drainage is being finished and the lumber sections which are constructed at the lumber supplier have been delivered. Very interesting how automated the process is. Once the rough plumbing is finished, concrete floors will be poured.

Then the framing will begin. Looks like there are two steel cross-beam supports that will support the structure.
