Closing is Scheduled for August 26th!

Still a lot to be done. I suspect after the molding and sheetrocking is completed will start painting and cabinets, etc.

July 19th - Almost Time to Start the Finishing Work

As the sheetrocking and siding get completed it will be time to start all the interior finishing work, cabinets, floors, doors, fixtures, etc.

It is interesting how quick these stages get completed.

Exterior and interior stonework for fireplace will be one of the last items to complete.

Over the last few weeks three or four homes have gone to closing.

July 7, 2010 - making progress

Brickwork is completed bedroom deck and front stonework next.

Sheetrocking will begin inside.

Hoping to close in late August
